Health Update

Many thanks to all the friends and family who have reached out to me over the last few days.  For those who don’t know, I was in an accident this past weekend while using a tractor.  The tractor rolled over on me resulting in some pretty severe abrasions and 2 compression fractures in my lower back.

Right now it looks very hopeful that surgery will not be needed.  Several weeks in a brace with limited physical activity should allow the bones to heal.  Honestly, I’m grateful the injuries were not worse or even fatal.

God has been so kind and gracious to me.  Even if the accident had been worse – this statement would still be true.  His mercies are new every morning and his faithfulness in true and unending.
