About

I grew up just outside of Knoxville in the wonderful small town of Oliver Springs, Tennessee.  I met my wonderful wife Julie while studying in Biblical Theology at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga.  We’ve been imperfectly and happily married since 2002. I have four kids, including a phenomenal daughter named Rylee and three rambunctious boys, Drew, Kato, and Simon.  I’ve been serving the local church for over 15 years. It’s my joy to be a part of the family of churches here in Knoxville known as Fellowship*. I serve our Fellowship Church’s Pellissippi Campus and our Mark 10 Disciple-making movement here in Knoxville, Tennessee.

My passion is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ and to see my community and others flourish through the power of the Gospel.

On a lesser note, I enjoy playing and watching various sporting events. Also, I’ve been known to smoke delicious meats and build stuff with wood.
